What is your typical project timeline?
Timelines vary by scope. A typical MVP takes 8–12 weeks. More complex enterprise systems can take 4–6 months. We'll give you a detailed timeline after our discovery phase.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. We offer tiered support plans covering monitoring, maintenance, bug fixes, and continuous improvement. Many clients stay with us long-term as their technical partner.
Can I use Kadaspace infrastructure with my existing stack?
Absolutely. All our infrastructure modules expose standard APIs and SDKs for popular languages and frameworks. Integration typically takes a few days, not weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit cards, and cryptocurrency for enterprise clients. All plans are invoiced monthly or annually with NET-30 payment terms.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Existing clients have access to a dedicated Slack channel and a ticketing portal. You can also email info@kadaspace.com for non-urgent requests.
